Exercises specially geared towards mothers who are 0-6 months post-birth give way to more challenging routines, with modifications that can be applied according to individual ability. Yoga instructor Amanda Latchmore provides breathing and relaxation techniques to aid in the emotional difficulties new mothers might face, while physical therapist Ann Johnson demonstrates how to hold your baby correctly.
