The legend of the Fanglady stretches far and wide throughout the town of Layton, Texas. The myth perpetrated by several generations of village folk is that she will appear somewhere along Storm Creek Road on Halloween. Unfortunately, the story has lost credibility over the years, with many attempts to find the old hag resulting in a disappointing no-show. However, 30 years after the legend was first told, a group of teenagers are about to get the shock of their lives as they make the slow descent down the much-travelled path.
