Based on Rumiko Takahashi's (RANMA 1/2) popular weekly comic strip, URUSEI YATSURA was one of Japan's most popular television shows during its run from 1981-1986 which produced 195 episodes of the show. It follows the adventures of Ataru, a young man who is charged with saving the Earth by competing with a beautiful alien named Lum in a game of tag. In episodes 33-36, Ten's horn falls, causing a temporary disappearance of his powers, which prompts Ataru to try and take advantage of this unique opportunity. Later, the fate of the universe rests in the gang's hands and their ability to re-catalog a bizarre library.
