Returning for a third bite of the SPECIES cherry, director Brad Turner replaces the curvacious Eve (Natasha Henstridge, who makes a brief appearance) with her daughter and fellow hottie Sara (Sunny Mabrey). The battle between mankind and the human-alien lifeforms has gathered pace since the last frenetic round of SPECIES action, with the humans gaining a slight upper hand. Set in Shanghai in the near future, CODE 46 takes place in a world where in-vitro fertilization, embryo splitting, and cloning have become so widespread that the government monitors all pregnancies to avoid incestuous births, whether on purpose or accidental.
