Elton John followed up his masterful 1972 album HONKY CHATEAU with a record that was far more ambitious in scope. The Punkcast concert featured on this Volume of ACCESS ALL AREAS took place in 2004 at New York`s Knitting Factory, while Live at the Garage was recorded in London in 2002.
