Adrenaline Rush (DVD)
This spectacular exploration of the thrilling sports of skydiving and base jumping delves into the connection between science and thrill-seeking. With stunning photography of jumps over the Florida Keys, the Mojave Desert, and the Fjords of Norway, viewers are taken for the ride of their lives. Footage collected by a camera strapped to a professional jumper allows audiences to experience a leap from a 4,265-foot cliff in Norway, while two top risk-takers attempt to utilize the first realization of a parachute design created by Leonardo Da Vinci. The documentary also delves into the question of the psychological and physiological motivations behind risk-taking, asking why some people are driven to high-risk endeavors, while most prefer to remain in safety.DVD Features:Region 1Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33Audio: Dolby Digital 5.1 - English DTS Digital Surround

Orfamay Quest of Manhattan, Kansas, is a
small, neat, rather prissy-looking girl with primly smooth brown hair and rimless glasses.
She approaches the detective Marlowe to help her find her missing brother, but she can only afford to pay him $20. What Orfamay Quest doesn`t tell Marlowe is that her half-sister is a movie starlet with mob connections. This is the first Chandler novel concerned with the movie industry, a business he knew all too well. He is primarily interested in how the Hollywood mentality can affect people, even small-town folk from Kansas.
Did an Orthodox Jewish woman leave her husband willingly, or is there some more sinister reason why she and her three children have vanished? The husband, Mark Rubin, hires Tess Monaghan to investigate in this eighth mystery to feature the Baltimore PI. Although Mr. Rubin is not exactly forthcoming with useful information, Tess quickly picks up the trail of the Rubin family, and learns that they are traveling with a suave-seeming man whose volatile temper could endanger the children.
