ADVENTURES IN ODYSSEY, a Christian children`s animated series, involves the residents of Whit`s End, a locale constructed in Odyssey by John Avery Whittaker in 1987. In this installment, a new arrival in town strikes Dylan as a nerd best avoided, lest Dylan`s own friends and acquaintances think less of him as a result of the association. Dylan eventually changes his mind and makes a new friend.
