A classic Mexican drama, EL RAYO DE JALISCO stars Aldo Monti and Marina Camacho. Genaro (Monti) became a hero after leaving his home town, and has returned with a distinct purpose in mind. His goal is to bring the villainous Sabas Cornejo, the murderer of his father, to justice. To do so, he becomes the Chief of Police. What's more, he becomes romantically involved with Columba (Camacho), who sympathizes with his ambition and helps him formulate a plan to capture Cornejo. EL RAYO DE JALISCO combines action, romance, and humor in the distinctive Mexican way.
