A group of tough, motorcycle-riding women, known as the Barrio Angelz, run drugs for a major cartel. When a mission goes horribly awry, one of the four Angelz ends up behind bars, and the cartel now wants the girls dead. As two policemen put aside their differences to hunt down the brutal killer targeting the Angelz, one of the girls, Angel, begins training to defend herself against the inevitable face-off. But just who is her mysterious teacher, known only as the Shadow Dragon, and what was his role in Angel`s parents` murder years ago?
